Netty’s stores are known for their exceptional customer service. Netty’s Franchise Corporation feels the same way about our relationships with our franchisees. Our support is a product of our combined experiences over the last 30+ years.

Pre-Opening
Site selection
Everyone knows how important location is to commercial success. Other than the three newest stores, our stores have been in their current locations for at least 25 years.

Store design
Efficiency is key to Netty’s success. Everything we do is centered around serving our customers quickly and accurately. We will work with you to use the location you have selected as efficiently as possible, in accordance with all health, safety, and building codes.

Equipment procurement
The equipment we use is standard for all Netty’s stores. Our suppliers know our requirements and work with our franchisees to arrange, deliver, and install the equipment.

Training
We are committed to helping franchisees run their operations as efficiently as possible. For instruction, we have classroom training as well as on site training at one of our stores. In addition, we will work with you your first week of operation.

Opening and beyond
Continuing operational assistance
As the season progresses, there will be times when franchisees need additional assistance or new procedures are established. When circumstances dictate that help is needed, we will gladly work through these situations. It is best for both of us that your operation runs as smoothly as possible.

Monthly business review
Everyone involved in a business wants to know how they are really doing and find ways to improve performance. Each month (or week, if necessary) we will analyze your business. Whether it be financially or operationally, some areas may need attention. It is best to find a problem and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

Product support
One benefit of being a Netty’s franchisee is our corporate commitment to quality. In order for you to have a good product to sell, the food, packaging, and service must be of excellent quality and consistency. We use only suppliers that can meet our needs at favorable prices.

Season-ending and pre-season interviews
Netty’s is a seasonal business, although yearlong operations would work under the right circumstances. The off season is an excellent time to meet with franchisees for an extended period of time to review the past year. Working together to uncover problems and find solutions benefits the system as a whole. Although we have been operating Netty’s for many years, we are always reviewing and improving our operations. The owners manual is indeed a living document as we incorporate new ideas into our system.

Before the start of the new season, we meet again and discuss any new ideas that come from the other stores. This time is also used to refresh training and to make sure the season starts properly.
